“I’m not here”
That was the lingering belief I carried as a young boy into my early adulthood. I grew up as the youngest of 4 children to Haitian immigrants but always found myself feeling out of place at home, at school, in my community, basically everywhere.

This paved the road for me to show up inauthentic. I used humor as a way to fit in. I didn’t stand up for myself at crucial moments and deflected responsibility for my academic struggles. I used drugs to mask my pain and loneliness. I burned bridges and relationships due to feeling inadequate, isolation was my ‘companion and captor’.

I was drifting along life, unmotivated, purposeless, and riddled with insecurities. My life dramatically shifted in December 2005, when I met a beautiful woman named Sarah on MySpace
(Yes you read that correctly) and we soon fell in love. We have built a beautiful life with 2 kids and have walked the entrepreneurial journey supporting and challenging one another.

She reignited what I already had inside of me: a desire to serve, a hunger to achieve, and a voice! Since 2014, I have been immersed in the world of personal growth and transformation. I’ve been blessed to have been mentored and coached by some of the best business leaders in that space.

My upbringing and experiences have greatly influenced my life’s work as a Professional Speaker and Trainer.

This philosophy has allowed me to be the architect of a global movement that has raised over six figures for charitable causes. This way of being has propelled me into creating global communities for coaches of color to support them grow their businesses and elevating their voices in the coaching profession.
